MBRE Healthcare buys Colorado spine, orthopedics office for $26M — 4 insights

Chicago-based MBRE Healthcare purchased the Panorama Medical Center in Golden, Colo, for $26 million. The building is home to Golden-based Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, the Colorado Real Estate Journal reports.

Here are four insights:

1. Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center occupies 70 percent of the two-story, 64,568-square-foot building.

2. The remaining 30 percent of the building houses Golden Ridge Surgery Center, which features four operating rooms and two treatment rooms.

3. Orthopedic, pain management and sports medicine surgeons staff the surgery center, which also includes an imaging center, physical therapy center and orthopedic research foundation.

4. The building was constructed in 2000. Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center has additional locations in Westminster, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock and Silverthorne, all based in Colorado.
