2. Mr. Koblish co-founded and serves as president and CEO of TELA Bio, a biosurgical reconstruction company.
3. He previously was president and CEO of Orthovita, where he oversaw its sale to Stryker for $316 milion.
4. The company also appointed Doug Kohrs to its board of directors.
5. Mr. Kohrs has served in various roles during his 35-year career in the medical device industry, including a founder, board member and executive. He currently is the managing director of Responsive Arthroscopy.
6. Mr. Kohrs founded Responsive Orthopedics, which Medtronic acquired in 2016.
