Aztron Medtech surpasses 100 cases with minimally invasive achilles repair system

Aztron Medtech’s TendMIN system has been used in more than 100 clinical cases, the company said in a Feb. 5 news release.

TendMIN is designed for percutaneous Achilles tendon repair through an incision of 1 centimeter or less. Brian Burgess, DPM, performed the milestone 100th case.

TendMIN earned FDA listing in 2025, and the company is continuing to expand surgeon training for the device.
