The new platform features advanced audio and video capabilities and key features for virtual meetings, the release said. The system offers features to connect medical device reps with a surgical team without disrupting workflow or efficiency.

“We are making a significant investment in the latest intelligence that demonstrates a substantial difference in how efficiently a procedure runs and how proficient both the rep and the surgical team are at the procedure. Improvements in these areas equate to operational excellence, time and money savings, and overall, increased safety,” Jennifer Fried, CEO of ExplORer Surgical, said in the release.
