Medtronic was looking at a property previously home to StorageTek, the report said. However, delays and uncertainty for approval led to the decision to pull out of plans.
Medtronic spokesperson John Jordan told The Denver Post the company is interested in a location in Lafayette.
“In Lafayette, Medtronic will control the land acquisition and the development process,” Mr. Jordan told The Denver Post in an email.
