1. The plate is a fragment reduction technology to aid surgeons restoring volar tilt and articular congruity.

2. The device facilitates fixation by providing beam-assisted reduction of intraarticular fractures.

3. The beams are inserted into the nonreduced fracture and elevated into the surgeon’s desired placement.
