Tri Orthopedics quickly surpasses 100+ joint replacements

Tri Orthopedics recorded its 100th joint replacement within a year of launching its total joint program, according to the Wadena Pioneer Journal.

Three details:

1. Orthopedic surgeon Ben Robertson, MD, established Tri Orthopedics’ total joint program when he joined the Wadena, Minn.-based practice full time in September 2018.

2. Dr. Robertson performed the milestone procedure June 3 on a woman with arthritis pain in her left knee. The achievement was celebrated June 14.

“That we have surpassed our goal of 100 joint replacement procedures so quickly is a thrilling accomplishment for our team and the Wadena area,” Dr. Robertson told WPJ.

3. The patient said she plans to return to Tri Orthopedics for surgery on her right knee.
