Dr. James Ware joins MidMichigan Physicians Group: 3 details

Orthopedic surgeon James Ware, DO, joined Midland-based MidMichigan Physicians Group, according to Midland Daily News.

Here are three things to know:

1. Dr. Ware specializes in anterior approach hip replacement, outpatient total knee replacement surgery and shoulder surgery, including arthroscopic rotator cuff and shoulder labral tear repair, among others.

2. Dr. Ware is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, American Osteopathic Association, Michigan Orthopaedic Society and Michigan Osteopathic Association.

3. After earning his medical degree at Kirksville (Mo.) College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Ware completed a residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Mich.
