AAOS reappoints Dr. Bogadi Prashanth for 3rd term to trauma committee: 5 observations

Bogadi Prashanth, MD, will remain an American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon committee member for a third consecutive term, according to Star of Mysore.

2. According to David Halsey, MD, AAOS Committee Appointment Program chairman, Dr. Prashanth was recognized for his joint replacement work and research.

3. Dr. Prashanth will work alongside:

4. The orthopedic surgeon is associated with the Royal College of Surgeons and Operation Walk, a nonprofit that offers joint replacements to underserved people in developing nations.
