Dr. Ray received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and underwent spine fellowship training at UC Davis School of Medicine in Sacramento. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and adult degenerative conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine.
Dr. Ray is experienced in stem cell aspiration and transfer, complex spinal reconstructions and revision salvage procedures. He also holds engineering degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge and Stanford (Calif.) University.
