Orthopedic surgeon to know: Dr. Michelle Wolcott of University of Colorado School of Medicine

Michelle Wolcott, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Denver-based University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Additionally, Dr. Wolcott is an associate professor orthopedics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She has had her work on sports medicine and orthopedics published in the American Journal of Sports Medicine.

 

Dr. Wolcott’s clinical interests include arthroscopic surgery, articular cartilage restoration and foot and ankle surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.

 

After earning her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Wolcott completed her residency at Loyola University in Chicago. Dr. Wolcott is also fellowship trained in sports medicine from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
