3. Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Greene is chief of surgery at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La., and assistant clinical professor at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans (La.).
4. Dr. Greene is a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, American College of Sports Medicine and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
5. Dr. Greene underwent fellowship training at the University of Washington Harborview Trauma Center in Seattle.
