Alphatec Holdings, the parent company of Alphatec Spine, announced that James R. Glynn is retiring, effective Nov. 2.

1. Mr. Glynn served as a member of the board of directors and Audit Committee Chairman.

 

2. Donald A. Williams was appointed to succeed Mr. Glynn on the board as well as chairman of the Audit Committee.

 
3. Mr. Williams previously worked as a partner at Ernst & Young and before that, a partner with Grant Thornton.

 

4. Alphatec Spine is a global medical device company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets spinal fusion technology.
