Here are five highlights:
1. The Minnesota Viking, Crawford Architects, Kraus Anderson and Twin Cities Orthopedics are all involved in the project.
2. The performance center boasts 1,300 tons of steel ad the Vikings indoor practice facility encompasses 2,200 tons.
3. The indoor practice facility is 113 feet high with a 100-foot clearance for kicking and punting purposes.
4. Construction workers have put in more than 80,000 hours on this project so far.
5. The construction is still on schedule to meet a March 2018 opening.
