The development of the orthopedic center is part of a multi-phase renovation plan for the hospital by Community Health Systems, which purchased Pottstown in 2003. The center includes 10 private suites dedicated to orthopedic patients, flat screen TVs, free WiFi and access to a concierge, according to the report.

Other recent renovations include a new intensive care unit.
