Here are three things to know:
1. Under the leadership of Mark Grossman, MD, NYU Winthrop providers have worked with the Adelphi Athletic training staff since the early 2000s.
2. The formalized partnership will provide medical care for over 300 NCAA Division 2 athletes in 23 varsity sports at Adephi.
3. NYU Winthrop will be responsible for treating and coordinating student athlete’s care, including office visits, onsite clinic hours and surgical needs.
