ABIM recently cited evidence collected in the lawsuit when it sanctioned 139 physicians for sharing test questions with Arora.

Under the settlement agreement, Arora will pay ABIM an undisclosed amount and won’t be allowed to run live review courses. A permanent injunction forbids Arora from using any ABIM-copyrighted material in any way and Rajender Arora, MD, Arora’s principal, has surrendered his ABIM board certifications.
