Patrick M. Connor, MD, performed shoulder surgery on Carolina Panther linebacker Luke Kuechly, according to WCNC.

1. Mr. Kuechly will be spending the next couple of weeks working on rehabilitation.

 

2. Dr. Connor is the team physician for the Carolina Panthers, and was a team physician for the 2014 and 2006 NFL Pro-Bowls.

 

3. Dr. Connor earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City and completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C. He also completed a fellowship in shoulder surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, New York Orthopaedic Hospital in New York City.
