Dr. Ronald Kvitne repairs ‘High School Musical’ star’s torn ACL

Ronald S. Kvitne, MD, repaired Zac Efron’s torn anterior cruciate ligament at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Surgery Center in Los Angeles, Extra reports.

Dr. Kvitne treated Mr. Efron after the actor tore his ACL while skiing. Mr. Efron shared postoperative photos and videos on social media, and thanked Dr. Kvitne in a tweet.

The surgery center is a Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai affiliate.
