Dr. Richard Ferkel to perform ankle surgery on Minnesota Timberwolves’ Ricky Rubio

Richard Ferkel, MD, of the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Van Nuys, Calif., will perform ankle surgery on the Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio, according to a Post Bulletin report.

Dr. Ferkel will perform the exploratory arthroscopic procedure on the player’s left ankle.
