Tenet, UCSF open brain and spine center

Dallas-based Tenet Health Central Coast and the University of California San Francisco have partnered to open a brain and spine center in San Luis Obispo, Calif., according to a May 4 report from NBC affiliate KSBY.

Over 700 spine surgeries occur in San Luis Obispo County every year, according to data from the CDC. 

The center will offer services including minimally invasive spine surgeries, lumbar and joint injections and diagnostic imaging, according to Tenet Health’s website.
