Here are five things to know:
1. The brain and spine clinic is building out around 12,200 square feet.
2. The facility will include a surgery center, waiting room, registration space, exam space and offices.
3. The built-out building will also include the Semmes Murphey Foundation.
4. Semmes-Murphy Neurologic & Spine Institute focuses on new technology and procedures for patients with spine disorders.
5. The current center has accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
