Neurosurgeon joins Samaritan Health Services

Corvallis, Ore.-based Samaritan Health Services welcomed Yaw Sarpong, MD, to Samaritan Neurosurgery in Corvallis, according to the Corvallis Gazette-Times.

Dr. Sarpong is a neurosurgeon who specializes in open and minimally invasive treatment of spinal diseases and intercranial masses.

After earning his medical degree from Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Dr. Sarpong completed his residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He then underwent additional residency training as well as biodesign and bio-innovation fellowship training at Columbia-based University of Missouri School of Medicine.
