Neurosurgeon Thomas Lee, MD, was named vice president of strategy at SynerFuse.
Dr. Lee is a neurosurgeon and assistant professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, according to an April 2 news release shared with Becker’s. He also was chief of neurosurgery at Yonkers, N.Y.-based St. John’s Riverside Hospital from 2001 to 2025.
“We are pleased to be able to bring Dr. Lee into our leadership team. He is a renowned talent, in the fields of both neurosurgery and finance,” SynerFuse CEO and Founder Justin Zenanko said in the release.
SynerFuse has appointed two other leaders to its team in recent months: Adeel Khan, MD, as vice president of regenerative medicine and Nameer Haider, MD, as chief innovation officer.
