Neurosurgeon joins Parkridge Medical Center

David Wiles, MD, joined Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Parkridge Medical Center, The Chattanooga reports.

Here are three things to know:

1. Dr. Wiles is a board-certified neurosurgeon who performs robot-assisted and minimally invasive spine surgery.

2. He received his medical degree from New Orleans-based Tulane University School of Medicine and completed a general surgery internship and neurosurgical residency at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.

3. Parkridge Health System comprises five Chattanooga hospitals.
