Dr. Michael Roh presents on spinal disorders at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center: 5 highlights

Michael Roh, MD, of Rockford (Ill.) Spine Center, presented to Rockford-based OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center staff, as a part of the Grand Rounds program.

Here are five highlights:

 

1. He delivered a presentation titled, “Spinal Disorders: Prevention and Treatment,” to physicians, nurses and medical students.

 

2. Dr. Roh commented on common surgical treatments for cervical and lumbar spinal conditions.

 

3. He touched on preventative care as well as the impact of genetics and body mechanics on neck and back injury.

 

4. Grand Rounds serves a medical education teaching tool. The program involves discussing medical problems and treatments with healthcare professionals and medical students.

 

5. Dr. Roh completed his spinal surgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis.
