Dr. Shamieh also practices with Champion Medical Center and has a special interest in minimally invasive spine surgery. He treats sports-related spine issues as well as degenerative conditions and scoliosis.
Dr. Shamieh was trained in total disc replacement. He is a member of the North American Spine Society and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport and ocmpleted his orthopedic residency at LSU Health Sciences Center. His additional training includes a fellowship at the Spine Institute of Arizona in Scottsdale.
