DISC welcomes Dr. Rojeh Melikian: 4 things to know

Marina Del Rey, Calif.-based DISC Sports & Spine Center added orthopedic spine surgeon Rojeh Melikian, MD, to its team.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. Dr. Melikian specializes in cervical and lumbar degenerative spine surgery, lateral-access and anterior surgery, minimally-invasive surgery, spine trauma and spinal tumors.

 

2. After earning his medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles, Dr. Melikian completed an orthopedic surgery residency Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

 

3. He completed a spine surgery fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta.
