Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Woods has served as a physician leader of neuroscience for Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Health Network since November 2016.
2. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda (Calif.) University School of Medicine, where he also completed neurosurgery training.
3. Dr. Woods also finished a complex spine enfolded fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
4. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and North American Spine Society.
