Aurora Spine increases Q2 revenue 10%

Aurora Spine recorded $4.5 million in revenue during the second quarter of 2025, according to an Aug. 29 news release from the company.

Here are eight more notes on the company’s second quarter:

  1. The $4.5 million in revenue represents a 10.2% increase over the same quarter last year, when the company had $4.1 million in revenue. 
  2. The bump in revenue was driven by more procedures being conducted in ambulatory surgery and pain centers that utilized Aurora technology. 
  3. Aurora Spine’s Ortho/Neuro surgical market saw a decrease in sales caused by lower lumbar cage sales.
  4. The company has refocused on the cervical spine market, bringing in $794,000 in cervical sales in 2025 so far, compared to $467,000 in cervical sales during the first half of 2024.
  5. Net loss for the second quarter was $0.2 million.
  6. The company’s 2025 second quarter EBITDAC was $141,745.
  7. Aurora Spine recorded $2.97 million in total operating expenses during the second quarter.
  8. In the second quarter, Aurora Spine surpassed 2,500 completed procedures with the SiLO Joint Fusion System and 1,500 surgeries using DEXA-C.
