15 spine, neurosurgeons on the move

Here are 15 spine surgeons and neurosurgeons that joined new hospitals or practices, or accepted new positions.

Paul T. Rubery, MD, chief of the spine surgery division at the University of Rochester Medical Center, was named chair of the department of orthopedics.

 

Hospital for Special Surgery named Frank Schwab, MD, the new chief of spine surgery. He comes to HSS from New York University’s Hospital for Joint Diseases.

 

Board-certified neurosurgeon Martin Gryfinski, MD, joined the Rockford, Ill.-based SwedishAmerican, a division of UW Health.

 

Eugene Eline, DO, a surgeon focused on degenerative spinal conditions, joined Novant Health Pinnacle Orthopedics in Salisbury, N.C.

 

The physicians from Chattanooga Neurosurgery & Spine Clinic joined Erlanger Health System. The physicians include:

Glenn B. Anderson, MD, a neurosurgeon, joined Houston Methodist Neurological Institute at Willowbrook.

 

Reginald Davis, MD, joined Laser Spine Institute and will perform procedures at all seven locations.
