He treats both the adult and pediatric spine and subspecializes in cervical spine and spinal deformities.
He began his career after earning his medical degree from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He completed an internship and residency at Charleston-based West Virginia University before his fellowship at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Dr. Cronen is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Outside of his professional career he enjoys biking, snowboarding and playing water sports.
