Dr. Girardi is a member of the American Medical Association, Scoliosis Association, Society for Lateral Access Surgery, North American Spine Society and Scoliosis Research Society. He is also an editorial reviewer for Spine and serves on the editorial board of World Journal of Orthopaedics.
Dr. Girardi is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His clinical interests include spinal disorders, disc herniations, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, kyphosis, minimally invasive surgery and spine non-fusion surgery.
Dr. Girardi earned his medical degree at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery and traumatology at Hospital de Clinicas “Jose de San Martin” at Buenos Aires University, both in Argentina. He has also completed a fellowship in spine and scoliosis surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery.
