Dr. Cook specializes in several spinal conditions including sciatica, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, disc herniations and spinal trauma.
He performs a variety of spinal techniques such as artificial disc replacement, motion-preserving decompression and navigation-guided spine surgery.
Dr. Cook earned his medical degree from Lake Erie (Pa.) College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Following medical school, he completed a residency at Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J., and a fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Calif.
