Mesfin Lemma, MD, is the division chief of Johns Hopkins Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital and co-director of spine surgery. He is also an assistant professor in the department of orthopedic surgery at Johns Hopkins University.

Gordon Bell, MD, is the director of the Center for Spine Health at Cleveland Clinic. He's a certified orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in spinal surgery, spinal stenosis, disc herniation and spinal fusion.
