Ms. Mattox was previously senior vice president of investor relations and chief communications officer, positions to which she was appointed in 2020, according to a May 6 news release. Her additional responsibilities will include building and executing a comprehensive strategy around environmental, social and governance initiatives.
Before joining Zimmer Biomet, she worked at Real Chemistry, a healthcare marketing firm, and AmerisourceBergen.
