Zimmer Biomet announced three more updates to its board of directors Feb. 22.
1. Sreelakshmi Kolli, senior vice president and chief digital officer of Align Technology, was appointed as a board member.
2. Christopher Begley, a retired pharmaceutical executive who has been on the board since 2012, was named lead independent director.
3. Anthem President and CEO Gail Boudreaux plans to step down from the board and won’t seek reelection at the upcoming 2021 annual meeting of shareholders.
