Zavation Medical Products sold to PE firm

Flowood, Miss.-based Zavation Medical Products was sold to a new private-equity firm, according to a July 22 news release.

LongueVue Capital sold the company to an affiliate of Gemspring Capital Management. LongueVue originally partnered with Zavation’s CEO in 2017 and was the company’s first investor.

Zavation Medical designs and manufactures spinal implants and surgical products.
