Xenocor adds orthopedic device CEO to its board of directors

Mark Foster, president and CEO of Malvern, Pa.-based orthopedic device company Trice Medical, is joining Salt Lake City-based surgical technology company Xenocor as a member on its board of directors, the company said Sept. 20.

Mr. Foster has served as an executive at Trice for five years. Previously, he held several leadership roles with U.K. medical technology company Smith+Nephew, capping an eight-year tenure with a stint as the company’s vice president of U.S. sports medicine.
