X-Spine’s Zygafix Facet Fusion System Receives FDA Clearance

Miamisburg, Ohio-based X-Spine received FDA clearance for its Zygafix Facet Fusion System for fusion and stabilization of the facet joint.

X-Spine Zygafix Facet Fusion system cleared by FDAThe device can be implanted through minimally invasive techniques and uses a hollow fenestrated titanium compression screw with an internal bone graft. The Zygafix joins the company’s AXLE and SILEX systems as novel devices for spinal fusions.
