Wright Medical Group Reaches Financial Agreement With BioMimetic’s CEO

Medical device maker Wright Medical Group has agreed to buy BioMimetic Therapeutics for $380 million and has reached a financial agreement with Sam Lynch, MD, BioMimetic CEO, according to the Nashville Business Journal.

Dr. Lynch will receive a $1.25 million bonus for work related to the augment bone graft device. He will also receive $160,275 for unused vacation and $261,632 as a bonus for the year.
