Wright Medical Group Announces $200M in Senior Notes

Wright Medical Group has offered $200 million in cash convertible senior notes due 2017, according to an Enquirer Herald report.

Initial buyers will have the option to purchase up to an additional $30 million in notes to cover over-allotments. Wright Medical Group intends to use the proceeds to pay for loans, convertible note hedge transactions, repurchases and general corporate purposes, including possible acquisitions.
