VEXIM’s Masterflow Injection System for orthopedic cement gains FDA clearance

VEXIM’s Masterflow Injection System for mixing and injecting orthopedic cement has been approved for marketing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The injection system aims to treat vertebral fractures where reducing and stabilizing the fracture is the priority. VEXIM acquired an exclusive worldwide license for Masterflow in January 2013. The company plans to begin marketing the system in the coming weeks and also plans to launch it in Europe during the first half of 2015.
