Vertiflex raised $6 million in funding, a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission shows, according to an Orange County Business Journal report.

Vertiflex is a privately held medical device company that focuses on the advancement of minimally invasive solutions to treat lumbar spinal stenosis. The company did not disclose its latest investors or its plans for the funding, according to the report.
