TranS1 Reports $4.1M 4Q Revenue, Up 3%

In its preliminary unaudited fourth quarter revenue report, lumbar spine device company TranS1 saw $4.1 million in revenue, a 3 percent increase from the fourth quarter of 2011.

The revenue also represents a 39 percent increase from revenues in the third quarter of 2012. Domestic revenues from 2012 fourth quarter are approximately $3 million with international revenue at $1.1 million.

In 2013, providers can begin using the new Category 1 code for the company’s AxiaLIF technology.
