TranS1 Renamed Baxano Surgical, Relocates Headquarters to Raleigh

Wilmington, N.C.-based TranS1, which recently acquired medical device manufacturer Baxano, has moved its headquarters to Raleigh and now operates under the name Baxano Surgical, according to a Star News Online report.

TranS1 manufactures minimally invasive devices for spinal fusions. Baxano manufactures the iO-Flex for spinal decompression.
