Symmetry Medical Appoints Former DePuy Orthopaedics President Thomas J. Sullivan As President and CEO

Symmetry Medical, a Warsaw, Ind.-based orthopedic and medical device manufacturer, named Thomas J. Sullivan as president and CEO of the company, according to a company news release.

Symmetry’s current president, Brian S. Moore, will become president of business development and continue sitting on the board of directors. Mr. Sullivan was previously the president of supply chain and business process division of Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems.

Mr. Sullivan has also served as the commercial and government contracting processes for Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and president of DePuy Orthopaedics.
