Stryker Reaches Settlements in First Four Hip Lawsuits Filed in New Jersey

Stryker reached the first settlements in the lawsuits against its Rejuvenate and ABG II Modular-Neck Hip Stems.

The device company, which has had hundreds of lawsuits filed against it since the 2012 recall of the two hip devices, reached settlements in four of 10 cases chosen for early mediation in New Jersey. The remaining cases will go to mediation in January.
