Sherilyn McCoy is replacing Allan Golston as lead independent director, and Mary Brainerd is stepping in to replace Ms. McCoy as chair of the governance and nominating committee, according to a May 5 news release.
Ms. McCoy has been on Stryker’s board since 2018 and has served as chair of the governance and nominating committee since 2019. Ms. Brainerd joined the board in 2017 and has been on each board committee during her tenure.
