Stryker Expands Its Board of Directors

Stryker has elected Allan C. Golston to become the tenth director as part of its board of directors effective Jan. 2, 2011, according to a company news release.

Mr. Golston has served as the president of the United States Program for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he has also served as CFO and chief administrative officer, and is the director of Malt O’Meal, a privately held breakfast cereal corporation.
